Accessibility
We have three ground floor rooms; one Single, one Twin / Super King Size and One Double Room. The room size and layout are not suitable for those who use a wheelchair at all times, but they are suitable for people with impaired mobility using other mobility aids. There is short pile carpeting throughout the public areas and bedrooms, with non-slip vinyl in the en-suite shower rooms. Access to the property is via a slope and two small steps to the front of the property, with standard width doors throughout the building.
There is limited parking to the rear of the building accessed via a service road, with a flight of stairs leading to the front door which is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. Please telephone us on 01803 528959 if you have any queries.

Single Room
Our single room has been fully decorated to a high standard, with the aim of keeping each room fresh and individual.
Double En-Suite
We have two double rooms. Room 3 is situated at the rear of Merritt House overlooking Queens Park, which enjoys the evening sun and views over the park to the steam railway.
King Room with En-Suite Shower
Our King room which has been newly decorated, also boasts a brand new en-suite shower room. Situated at the rear of Merritt House overlooking Queens park, it enjoys the evening sun and views of the steam railway.
King Superior Room with En-suite Shower
We have two King Superior en-suite rooms which can be booked as either a Twin or as a Super-King.
